Terms of Service
1. Service provider
Personal training and coaching services through nyvriona.com are provided by nyvriona.com, a private entrepreneur (PE), registration code (EDRPOU) 55504063, Business Center Gulliver, 1A Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Managing Director: Thomas Bauer. Contact: contact@nyvriona.com, +380 739 940 6498. Provider identification follows Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
2. Scope of services
We deliver one-to-one and group fitness coaching, training programmes, and nutrition guidance. Each plan's content, duration, deliverables, and total price are stated on the plan page or in your booking confirmation before payment.
3. Booking and packages
Bookings are confirmed by email. Session packages are valid for the period stated at purchase. Sessions may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; later changes may be treated as used.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes. We are a single tax payer and do not issue VAT invoices by default. Payment is due before the first session.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase if no session has been delivered and receive a full refund. After the first delivered session, unused sessions of a package may be refunded pro rata, less an administration fee. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. These rights apply under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
6. Client responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are physically able to take part in training, and that you disclose relevant injuries or conditions to your coach.
7. Non-medical nature of the service
Coaching is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary and depend on individual effort, health, and adherence. We make no guaranteed or misleading outcome claims, in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР. Consult a doctor before starting any programme.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@nyvriona.com or call +380 739 940 6498. We respond within 10 business days and aim to resolve disputes amicably, as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. Unresolved matters may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.
9. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data collected through forms, bookings, analytics, and marketing tools on the basis of consent or another lawful basis, as described in our Privacy Policy, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3993-IX. Non-essential cookies and trackers are used only with your consent.
10. Liability and changes
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, to the extent permitted by law. We may update these Terms and will publish the current version on this page.
